I prefer that you use PayPal. It is safe and the easiest way to send your payment to me. Shipping fees are included with the adoption of your bear, in the USA and Internationally. If there are any custom fees, you are responsible. I will send your bear by UPS or USPS, Priority and insured. If you are not completely happy with my creations, I need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt by email to [email protected] you are required to send the bear/s in original condition and packaging. A refund, minus the shipping expenses (USA & International) will be made once I receive the package. If you have trouble using the Buy Now buttons or you do not have a Pay Pal account I can take your Credit Card information over the phone.
